Shipping & Handling
We hand pack all our orders carefully and with consideration of the product(s) inside. Eco friendly options for bubble wrap, packing paper, fragile tape and more are used to minimize the chance of damage during transit. As a smaller store we are able to put more focus onto YOU, providing a level of service that larger stores can't give.
All orders are shipped by Auspost within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmation. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days and express is 1-3 business days. (May take longer during peak periods or unforeseen delays from Auspost)
Due to the nature of the pandemic, it has shifted a lot of strain to Australia Post's logistics network which may cause unforeseen delays and interruptions to regular service timetables. More information can be found here: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
For shipping purposes, all orders up to a total of $1000 will be fully insured for. In the case of packages getting lost or damaged. We will provide as much assistance as we can. For packages that were lost or damaged, we will try our best to send a replacement product (if available) or provide a refund. However before coming to a decision we will do our utmost best to work with Auspost to see what happened on their end. This process may take up to 90 days as per Auspost's policies with lost and found items. Due to this investigative process being out of our hands, we appreciate your patience as we work with Auspost to provide a resolution for you.
For larger orders, we may contact you via email/phone to organise a separate means of delivery which can be discussed through the above communication channels. We aspire to provide peace of mind and safe delivery of goods upon purchase.
Any orders which contain pre-orders that contain items that are being released at a later date will only be shipped once every item has been released to the public. We cannot facilitate separate shipping or split up your order over multiple shipments.
