Since January this year, we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to get up and running and provide fantastic service to each and everyone of our community members. 

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS?

Unfortunately if the order has already been sent, we cannot change your delivery address; however if you send us an email before our dispatch team sends out your order we may be able to alter it. Please send us an email with your order # from the email you purchased from and we will try our best to accommodate for your request. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

We ship everything using Australia Post, we ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Estimated delivery times are usually a week or two but may be delayed due to circumstances out of our hands such as logistical delays. 

Please note that this timeframe is separate for pre-orders but we do our best to give as accurate and up-to-date information regarding the status of your pre-order

WHY DO PRE-ORDERS TAKE LONG?

The demand for Pokemon TCG sealed and vintage products have increased exponentially the past few years which is great for the hobby! But this has taken a toll on the supply and distribution of products worldwide. 

Due to this, oftentimes we find ourselves needing to rely on overseas retailers and wholesalers to source our products and shipping from overseas may take a while due to the nature of the pandemic affecting supply chains across all industries. 

We endeavour to provide those hard to get, sought after products at affordable prices to the Australian market as we oftentimes get short handed. 

We hope you understand that even we as collectors are affected by these shortages and delays so we appreciate your patience.

You certainly can! Here at Elite Four, we cater to the masses and the individual, send us a message and we will do our best to let you know when you can purchase the item you are looking for. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are shipping domestically within Australia as of the moment but we will be expanding our reach to the worldwide market in the coming months.
